The Nebraska Republicans Finish Their Labors and Adjourn.

Lincoln, Neb., Aug. 5.-The Republican state convention reassembled this morning and proceeded to take the fifth ballot for governor, resulting in the nomination of Lorenzo Crounse, he receiving 446 votes, the number necessary to choice being 423.

Rev. J. C. Tate was nominated for lieutenant-governor, and John C. Allen was renominated for secretary of state, both by acclamation.

The ticket completed is as follows:

Treasurer, J. S. Bartley; superintendent of public institutions, A. K. Goudy; attorney-general, G. H. Hastings; commissioner of public lands and buildings, G. R. Humphrey.

Eugene Moore of Norfolk was nominated for auditor on the fourth ballot, after a hard fight.

Presidential electors were selected as follows: First district, Isaac Wiles; Second, E. P. Savage; Third, H. A. Miller; Fourth, Cenek Dwias; Fifth, Daniel M. Nettleton; Sixth, Charles Johnson; at large, W. J. Broatch, Omaha; L. M. Raymond, Lincoln. Adjourned at 2:30.
