BOTH PARTIES TO SUIT HELD GUILTY
No Damages Awarded Mrs. Furman In Action Against S. B. Rogers

Both parties to the suit of Mrs. W. H. Furman against S. B. Rogers were held guilty by a jury in Vance Superior Court today which heard the evidence in the case. Mrs. Furman was asking $2,000 for damages to her automobile and injuries to her person in a collision with a car belonging to Mr. Rogers. The jury held that both were at fault and that neither was entitled to recover.

The case occupied much of the time of the civil term of court yesterday afternoon and the forenoon today. After that case was concluded trial was started in the suit of Horace Royster against T. V. Bobbitt, Jr., seeking $1,000 for injuries received when a truck struck him on the Bobbitt farm.
