Rocky Point Fishers Return With Plenty

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Warford, Mrs. Homer Oliver of Glendale and Mr. and Mrs. Pascal Jacks (operators of the Buckeye Freight Line from Phoenix), spent the Fourth of July at Rocky Point sail fishing. They report having caught the first and second sail fish of the season, one 6 feet long weighing 84 pounds and the other, 9 feet, 6 inches, weighed 110 pounds, Sam says. They also caught 4 dolphins and numerous other kind.

They reported having had their best Rocky Point trip of the year. While there, a four day stay, they were guests of the Casa Cortes Hotel. This is now under American management.
