MAKING SPLENDID RECORD.
The "Kid" orchestra, which has been under the instruction of Mrs. Louise Simon, instructor in music, for the past few weeks, played at the Sunday evening Christian Endeavor service and they did splendidly. They certainly have made rapid progress during the past few weeks that Mrs. Simon has been directing them and the music they rendered Sunday evening attests most forcibly of her ability as an instructor. Since the departure of Band Leader Joe Goddard some months ago, the Boys' band, which was making such splendid progress, has just about come a thing of the past. Mrs. Simon has proven by her work with the orchestra that she is capable along this line, why couldn't it be arranged for her to take charge of the band work, too?
