LIGHT IN THE SOUTH.
Under this head we learn from a Wilmington paper, that the people of Buck's county are directing the most diligent attention towards the establishment of a general system of education, and have now in train a translation of the revolutionary and other political writings of this country, to infuse the spirit of '76 into the popular mind; and the people generally in Buenos Ayres, Chili and Venezuela, look up to this country, with the liveliest admiration and most ardent solicitude.
