"Please Notice"
Scarcely a week passes without our receiving some Northern print with the above words written or printed on the margin. Generally, we have thrown them aside, with the other rubbish of the office, but this week we have received two samples, one of which we feel inclined to "notice," if we could do so properly. It is a black, coarse article, containing some pictures and some large letters. It purports to be a newspaper, but bears more resemblance to the wrapper of a leaky ink keg. Price 25 cents a year, and dear at that.
