To Be Celebrated in Rocky Ford In This Good Year of 1906.
It is only about once in five to seven years that Rocky Ford has a Fourth of July celebration. And it is our turn this year. The proper observance of the day has been decided upon, and a meeting of citizens will be held at G. M. Hall's office Thursday evening, May 17, to appoint committees and make all needed arrangements.
It is universally understood that whatever of a public nature is undertaken by Rocky Ford is well done, and the coming celebration will be no exception to the Rocky Ford way of doing things.
Everybody remember the meeting and be prepared to aid in making the celebration a great success.
