Last Night the Committee of West India Merchants met for the last Time, having attended for several Days past at the Ship behind the Royal Exchange, and received Informations of the Outrages of the Spaniards to the British Ships; and this Day the whole Body of West India Merchants met at the said House, and proceeded to Westminster, in order to make the Allegations of their Petition as full as possible, and to be heard by themselves, the said Petition being to be read in a Committee of the whole House this Day.
