Old Bill Reintroduced by Representative Williams.

Washington, Dec. 16.—Representative John Sharp Williams has introduced the old Blaine bill to admit into all ports of the United States free of duty all products of the American hemisphere on which no export duties are imposed whenever and so long as such nation shall admit to its ports free of all taxes certain United States products.

It is provided that the act is to become effective thirty days after passage by public proclamation of the president.
