Norfolk, July 26.

Inhuman Traffic.

The schr Louisa, which arrived at this port on the 22d of last month, under Dutch colours, from St. Bartholomews. was, on Saturday last, seized for selling four of her crew, (Blacks) as slaves. It is generally believed, that the Louisa was originally fitted out as a Carthagenian, privateer, and assumed that or any other appearance, as circumstances might require.-The Negroes that she sold have been stopped, and are lodged in the jail of Elizabeth City, N. C.-They are sold to some Georgia speculators. The captain of the Louisa, Remson, has made his escape.
