(From Saturday's Daily.)
The party of Tuscarorans who came down by special stage, complain of a gross lack of courtesy towards them after taking dinner at Lute Dorsey's. Just because an acquisitive passenger attempted to appropriate a turkey or two which were running about loose upon the premises and liable to attack strangers at any time, the unfeeling proprietor of the house station extorted an American dollar from each one of them before he would relinquish a single overcoat—and the weather was awful cold, too. They swear that they'll get even by the establishment on the return trip, if they have to go hungry while in town to do it.
