Capt. Eve, from the Bay of Honduras, informs that a few days before he sailed, they had taken three of the runaway negroes. That they chained two of them to a stake, cut off their right hands, and then set fire to them; the other was hung in chains, he lived 7 days, and was taken down and burnt.---Capt. Eve further informs us, that the Packet, which went up to Jamaica, to the Admiral, arrived there the day he sailed, in company with his Majesty's ship Garland, in order to suppress the Negroes, and when the last were brought in, there were only two left in the bush, and it was supposed they were lost.
