LONDON. August 11. We hear from Harwich, that on Friday Morning last, after Ten, Lord Anson arrived, and went immediately on board the Charlotte Yacht, and sailed in two Hours after, and got to the Mouth of the Harbour; when the Wind coming to the South East, and but little of it, was obliged to come to an Anchor; but between Three and Four in the Afternoon the Wind changed to the S. W. when a Gun was fired from the Admiral for weighing, and all got under Way; but the Swallow Store Ship in going out got on shore on the Andrews, which being observed by the Admiral, the whole Fleet brought to, and the Lurcher Cutter was dispatched to her Assistance, with Orders to get all possible Help from Harwich. The Frederick and William Fishing Vessel, Benjamin Baxter, went off, and at four the next Morning, by carrying an Anchor out, got her off - and the Signal being made that she was off, the whole Fleet proceeded to Sea, and were soon out of Sight.
