It is very positively assured that both Russians and Turks are very intent upon a Peace, under the Mediation of neutral Powers, and to facilitate which the Russians have abated the grand Preliminary that has been hitherto the chief Obstacle to it. From these Dispositions, there is no Doubt of a Peace, and that immediately, between these two belligerent Empires.
