Offers Farm Plan

St. Paul, Oct. 27.(AP)-A comprehensive farm reliei program, which would be carried out by the state with the assistance of the federal government was advanced Tuesday by Governor Floyd B. Olson at a conference of farm leaders.

The plan of Governor Olson included:

Relief to farmers through reduction of the cast of operation and production.

Regulation by law of the prices the farmer receives for the basic commodities he produces.

Reduction of one-third in real property taxation in the state and adoption of a state income tax.

Reduction of the interest rate on money borrowed by the farmer, through a government loan at low interest rates.

Members of leading cooperatives and farm organizations of Minnesota were present at the meeting over which R. A. Trovatten, state commissioner of agriculture, dairy and food, presided.
