Ramer Will Enforce Corporation Law:

Denver.—Secretary of State Ramer announced that he will rigidly enforce the law governing the filing of annual reports by corporations. The companies have sixty days after Jan. 1st in which to file their statements. Many either neglect to do so until the last minute of the period has expired or fail to do so altogether. The law provides for the punishment of the presidents and secretaries of corporations failing to file their annual reports within the designated period by personal fines of $1,000 each. The two officers are held directly responsible. There are about 10,000 Colorado corporations which must file statements.
