The Ohio Eagle still continues its treasonable publications. The managing editor is a Southern sympathizer, so thoroughly drilled into the service of the South as to know no other master. The last number of that paper was as dirty, mean and treasonable as any of its predecessors, containing no word of encouragement for those who are striving to maintain the government, but laboring by its tone and sentiment to divide the North, encourage the South and drive from the government its legitimate support.
We advise the managing editor, Mr. Roland, to look well to the law of treason and see to it that he keeps within its bounds. If Mr. Roland cannot persuade himself to publish matter tolerable to the American people; if his sympathies are really with the South, as from his publications they seem to be, let him take his bed and board and seek a more congenial latitude—a latitude where he may avow his treason without outraging the feelings and striking down the interests of his immediate neighbors.
SIGNIFICANT.—The editor of the Gazette Bob was a member of company A, but declined to go further than Columbus with the boys.—Ohio Eagle April 26th.
There is neither truth nor point to the above contemptible slur, “The Ed. of the Gazette, Bob," was not a member of Company A or any other company, nor did he go to Columbus as such.

MORE SIGNIFICANT.—The editor of the Eagle, Roland, has frequently been heard to say that "he would die rather than take up arms against the south." He is now a member of a military company, but whether he has taken up arms against the South or in defence of the South is not known.
