DENVER, Col., November 13.—Later dispatches from Los Pinos to the Tribune represent that General Hatch, of the Commission, arrived to-day. The hostile chiefs, with the exception of Jack, who is reported gone to the Uintah Reservation, arrived to-day. They are at Los Pinos and are willing to surrender. Jack peremptorily refused to come to the agency and meet the Commission. It has been determined almost beyond a doubt that he led the hostiles in the Thornburg fight. Ouray held a long conference with the hostiles Tuesday night and told them they need expect no mercy. Johnson is among others at the agency. He says if he has done anything wrong he is willing to expiate his crime—willing to hang, if necessary. Johnson's brother is represented as the man who shot two freighters between Milk River and the agency. They were laughing and talking with the Utes when shot down. He was afterwards killed by Frank Dresser.
