LARGEST SCRIPT IN WORLD: LARGEST NEON IN LAS VEGAS TO MARK INTER-RACIAL HOTEL

Las Vegas, Nev.-(ANP)-The largest script sign in the world and the largest neon sign in Las Vegas will mark the new Moulin Rouge hotel, now under construction here.

The hotel is designed to accommodate people of all races in this semi-Jim Crow gambling town.

The sign will be 85 feet long and 21 feet high. In addition, a great pylon is being constructed to extend high above the hotel. Towering some 48 feet above the pylon will be an exact reproduction of Paris' Eiffel Tower, illuminated by different colored neon lamps.

Expected to open some time this month, the hotel will have 200 guest rooms.
