BELL NAMED ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

William Bell, Jr., has been named as Associate Director of the Phoenix Urban League. He will develop and administer the League's youth incentives project, a program designed to work on solutions to the problems of school dropouts.

A native of Phoenix and a graduate of Saint Mary's High School, Mr. Bell graduated from Arizona State University and has a degree in psychology. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.

He and his wife, Hazel, are parents of a son, Kevin and reside at 2601 West Madison, Phoenix.
