Body Is Found
Off Ft. Taylor
The body of Joseph E. Strenkoskie, a native of Philadelphia, Pa., who was a Navy enlisted man attached to the Naval Hospital here, was found floating in the water off Fort Taylor Saturday afternoon.
He disappeared December 2.
The body was badly decomposed but identification was established definitely by means of his teeth and tattoo marking on his arms.
There were no evidences of violence, but a Naval Board of Investigation has been named by the authorities here to check his death.
He is survived by his sister, Mrs. Verico Ballish, 3041 North Boonsall Avenue, Philadelphia.
His body will be sent to her home later.
