Publication Urges Farmers To Make Wills

"Much misunderstanding and bitterness" within families would be avoided if more farm parents left wills, says a publication issued recently by Tuskegee school of agriculture.

Prepared by Dr. George T. Dowdy, head of the department of agricultural economics, and of his graduate students, Joseph Travillion, the publication cites many examples of how difficulties arise in the transfer of property to heirs when parents die without leaving a will. And gives considerable information on the preparation of wills.
