Approaching fate of Spain

Hamburg papers state, that all the troops that constituted the grand Army upon the Banks of the Niemen, a great part of which have not yet reached the Rhine, are to be divided into two armies, one of which is forming at Boulogne. We may, therefore soon expect to see the hills of Boulogne once more covered with camps, and hear the cry of invasion from the French shore. Among the troops destined for Boulogne is the corps of Marshal Soult. All the other troops on their march from Germany, or already arrived in France, are proceeding to Bayonne where a second army of Reserve is now collecting under Gen. Dupont. This army when complete, will march into Spain, and a third army of reserve will be assembled upon the same ground, no doubt for the same destination.
