By the arrival this morning of the ship Nancy from San Lucar (Spain) official intelligence is received that the French army entered Vienna on the 13th of November and that the Austrian Court had retired to Brunn in Moravia. On the 8th a body of French troops entered Presburg - the same day emperor Napoleon organized Austria into a government and appointed General Mack superintendent of the conquered countries. Gen Kline was on his march to Bohemia Hungary. Offers to capitulate as does also the Russian army provided they be permitted to return to their own country.
