Deny Plea for Death-Car Driver
A Federal attorney's request that the case against Pvt. Frank Ciaccia, 22, be dismissed was denied last Thursday by Justice of the Peace Richard V. Brodner in Royal Oak Township.
He was the driver of a truck in convoy which crashed against a light truck driven by James Washington Ethridge, 60, of 21377 Ithaca, Royal Oak Township, at Eight Mile and Wyoming May 11.
Ethridge died of injuries.
Eight witnesses appeared before the case was adjourned for this Thursday.
