DECLARING FOR BOTTS.
The Morning News, a sprightly paper lately commenced at Richmond, in this State, has thrown off its neutrality, and placed the name of the Hon. John M. Botts at the head of its editorial column, as its favorite candidate for the Presidency. A. Judson Crane, Esq., has been engaged as principal editor, and M. S. Crockett, Esq., continues as Assistant. The Baltimore Clipper is also out for Mr. Botts.
In another column will be found a communication from a highly respectable gentleman signing himself "Jefferson," and as his proposition is a good one we speak for it attention.
