TWO CHARGES

Frank Reif was arrested Friday of last week at 11 o'clock a. m. on Pacific avenue by Night Policeman N. A. Rosenquist and Sheriff Peter Bonde. Two charges were placed against him in Municipal court Saturday morning-transportation of liquor and maintaining of a nuisance. Reif pled not guilty to the charge of maintaining a nuisance and trial was set for Wednesday of this week. On the charge of transportation Reif waived examination and was bound over to the grand jury. Bail was set for $300.
