Extract of a Letter from Chatham, May 26.

"Last Sunday Morning, about eleven o'Clock, arrived here, in the Isle of Wight Yacht, Lord Sandwich, Lord Rochford, Lord Palmerston, Lord Suffolk, the French Ambassador, and Mr. Stanley, Governor of the Isle of Wight; who went on Board his Majesty's Ship Victory, of 100 Guns, and took a View of that noble Ship, which is supposed to be the largest in England. They did not come ashore at the Dock, but sailed up to Rochester and dined at the Crown Inn, and afterwards set off for London by Land."
