VIRGINIA ELECTIONS - House of Delegates,

Each of the candidates for the county (says a correspondent) addressed the people in very neat and pertinent speeches, but were cautious not to commit themselves on the presidential question, between Messrs. Adams and Crawford, though decidedly in favor of one or the other.

In the district of Hardy, &c. Francis White is elected by a majority of more than 500 over Ignatius O'Ferrall.

District of Wythe, &c. - Scott county, Estill 195, Smyth 178 - part of Washington (the remainder not heard from) Estill 243, Smyth 199. Present majority for Estill 31.
District of Accomac, &c. - Bassett's present majority over Upshur 708 - Accomac and the city of Williamsburg to be heard from.
District of Culpeper, &c. - Culpeper county, John S. Barbour 446, Thomas Brown 126, Thomas Marshall 83. Fauquier to vote.
District of Loudoun, &c. - Charles F. Mercer is re-elected by a majority of 54 votes over Sydnor Bailey.
District of Harrison, &c. - Ohio county. Joseph Johnston 20, Philip Doddridge 174, E. S. Duncan 69, J. Browning 22. Several counties to be heard from.
District of Kanawha, &c - Wood county. Isaac Morris 266, Wm. Smith 50, Beale 10. Robert Bailey 2. -- Kanawha, Beale 106. Smith 52, Bailey 8, Morris 5. -- Nicholas. Smith 250, Bailey 5, Morris (a correspondent of the Enquirer says) "very few." Mr S. in the three representative, 3 counties to be heard from.
