More Preparation.

The Troy Register of last week, mentions that some contracts had been made in that place for provisions for the new army. Among other articles, 100 barrels of flour per week were contracted for, to be delivered at Albany from the 1st of April next.

In addition to the above, it may not be improper to mention, that contracts have recently been made with government by citizens of Newark & Orange for the supply of 36,000 pair of soldier's shoes--to be delivered at New York or Albany.
