Included in those reset were four indictments against one C. S. Cherry charging 14 counts.

The largest fine meted out was $1,000, and the largest term was six months.
One Hilton Dillard was given six months, while Booker T. Sanford was given $1,000 or 10 months for two counts of bootlegging. Others convicted on whiskey charges were Willie C. Russell, Frank Clark, Mary Teasley, Melvin L. Wilson and Essie Sanders.
