LOS ANGELES, Feb. 15. (UP)—With a warning against factional feuds inside the party, Chairman Edward J. Flynn of the Democratic national committee concluded conferences here today and prepared to fly to San Francisco. Flynn warned southern California Democrats that factional strife within the California Democratic party threatens to lose the party its control of the state's congressional delegation. "I have in mind," he said, "the 1942 congressional election. The Republicans have nine representatives from California, against the Democratic eleven. This is too close for a state with a Democratic registration exceeding that of the other party by 800,000 or 900,000."
