Diplomatic connections between England and the States of Bavaria and Wirtemberg put an end to due to disagreeable occurrences at the Courts of Munich and Stutgard caused by the conduct of the British Minister resident there. English Ambassadors to those German Courts formally recalled. Mr. Spencer Smith set out for Italy by way of Vienna; the other minister gone to the North of Germany.
