EATON, O., Oct. 28.-Frank Wood, farmer, Somers township, is held to the grand jury on a charge of threatening to shoot and kill Jim Bowman, tenant on Wood's farm in Somers township.
Wood entered a plea of not guilty when arraigned in the court of Justice J. C. Test in Camden and was released upon his own recognizance until the next grand jury convenes.
Wood has lately obtained two court restraining orders against Bowman, who occupies under lease, with Wood, the Wood farm. The restraining orders were issued upon allegation of Wood that Bowman had violated terms of the farm lease. One restraining order was dismissed, upon Wood's consent. This was followed by issuance of another restraining order, which still is in force.
Upon Wood's allegation that Bowman violated the court's order, Bowman and two other men have been cited to appear here next Saturday in common pleas court on a charge of contempt of court.
