INDICTMENTS.—The Grand Jury found the following true bills: Against John Burkel alias Ring, and Chas. Howard, alias George Sibley, for the crime of burglary; against same parties for petit larceny. Against George Tracy and John Gaffney for burglary. Against George Tracy, for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to do bodily harm. Against John Clark, John Hays alias Shorty, and Ed. Martin, alias Lee, alias Durie for robbery: also three bills against the above parties as follows: One for robbing R. W. Wilcor; one for robbing A. Breece, and one for robbing W. F. & Co's Express.
