The enterprise of company A is of the kind which means "get there." They now propose the formation of a stock company for the erection of a new armory. They wish to raise for the purpose $5,000 and have placed the shares at $10 each. They would erect a one-story building 50x50 and fit it up in such a way that it would be suitable for balls, lectures and other public entertainments, theatrical companies, etc. They themselves can guarantee the stock company $500 a year rent, this being their annual amount from the government, so that with the income from other sources a good dividend is a surety to each share-holder. We understand that there is now some money in the treasury and that nearly $1,000 in shares has already been taken.—Great Falls Leader.
