The French in Mexico.

From our Mexican Correspondent. Washington, Sept. 24.—The French army is withdrawing from Mexico, the people of that country demanding the long-neglected right of self-government. The French Generals are resisting to the last, but in a few days they will be entirely driven from the country. I see ready to make willing the name of France. The French Generals Forey and Bazaine are resting on their oars to view the result. Gen. Elie, who is skilled in the art of war, has come to a halt temporarily. But we regret to learn that a number of Mexicans exposed the raw. To free routes, and I am glad that a large detachment of Urrea's men full of fire and zeal and in the parish these qualities in others tie real iron heart. The actual forces of the French have taken the field in the north. The Mexican National Guards under Gen. Urrea have occupied Monterey, which last occupied by the French. The rest want of the French band at and until Cold they independent of the United States from Europe and reduce to famine to see defensive.
