We have various accounts of the Fever at Philadelphia and if we may be permitted to draw a medium line, they are much more favorable than heretofore— The fever however has not ceased to spread, but methods of curing it are discovered.-It is Dr. Rush's opinion that not more than one in thirty dies of the disorder. All the large towns are using precautions to keep off this distemper. Pestilential sickness it is said, rages in the Windward and Leeward West-India Islands. Vessels are ordered to stop in the Delaware, 'till they are examined. Such an order is also issued by proclamation of the Governor of South-Carolina.
