'Svenska Dag' Launches Isanti Co. Education

Sendoff for the co-op educational program to be conducted in the Isanti county area was "Svenska Dag" at the Cambridge co-op hall, Dec. 6, with smorgasbord—complete with menu cards printed in Swedish—put on by the co-op clubs and Women's Guild. Ingvar Grauers, acting Swedish consul, discussed Swedish wartime neutrality in the Cambridge school auditorium. Mrs. Ruth Olson offered Swedish music during the meal. At the auditorium, group singing was led by Gwen Goodrich of the Cooperative League; while other program leaders were Wilford Erickson, Enoch Anderson, George Kyle, Tyronne Echlund and Vic Ericson.
