PORTSMOUTH, April 15.

The arrival of a number of British factors in the town of Boston, has greatly alarmed the inhabitants of that metropolis: Their newspapers speak their apprehensions of the fatal consequences likely to result from such glaring impositions: JOYCE, junior, the Herald of that town, has again become the voice of the people, and, with his vociferating trumpet, blown such a blast, that must make those bold intruders tremble for fear of a second; which will, undoubtedly, be followed by their speedy extirpation from this country.
