By Capt. Allibone from New Providence, we are informed, that on the 20th of March, his Majesty's sloop Bonetta arrived there from England, and that an embargo was immediately laid upon all the shipping until a number of pilots for the Old Straits of Bahama might be provided, to go into his Majesty's service: That on the 20th the Bonetta sailed again, carrying 12 of the best pilots in the island, and two sloops belonging there were taken into his Majesty's service, which were to join a fleet off Cape Nicholas, on Hispaniola, thought to be destined against the HAVANA.
