Governors Letcier And Hicks.— These gentlemen were escorted on Saturday morning from the McLure House to the Parkersburg packet, by the military of the city, companies B and C, under command of Maj. Loring. A good deal of interest was felt in the distinguished gentlemen and quite a large number of people collected along the street and upon and about the steamer. The Governors occupied an open barouche and were placed between the two military companies. The tour is one rather of pleasure than anything else and their excellencies are accompanied by the President Superintendent Ohio and Railroad chief officers of the Baltimore and Railroad.
