WASH BOILER STILL.

L. E. Williams, who recently completed a sentence of 30 days and in addition was sentenced by Justice Bare to pay a fine of $100 and nearly $50 costs for having in his possession some moonshine, is in the toils again.

He was taken in custody at a washboiler still on Keeney Knob mountain, five miles from Clayton, along with Ewart Graham and Burk Allen, after three officers had been on watch from 1 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Justice Argabrite at Hinton held Williams and Graham to the grand jury. Allen was discharged, it being shown he came to the still by invitation for a drink.
