Governor Ellis Arnall revealed the state of the State to Georgians Saturday night and indirectly gave an endorsement to gubernatorial candidate James V. Carmichael.
The Governor gave a vivid picture of what can be accomplished when official affairs are administered in the interest of the people contrasted with government directed by 'professional political parasites' or the charlatans and demagogues.

You have the right to vote in support whom you desire. That you, as well as I as a citizen of the State, have the right to support whom I believe will make Georgia the best chief executive. The people of Ga know whom I am supporting. I am not voting for an ex-Governor. I am voting for the next Governor.
INSURE GOOD GOVERNMENT
I believe that his election will insure good government & honest government in our State. You can have that kind of government if (Continued on back page)
