Buonaparte. -We have before us details of the sittings (extraordinary) of the French Tribunate of April 30. May 1, and 2. The discussions were on the motion of Curee, one of its members, which was divided into the three following resolutions- 1. The government of Republick shall be confined to an Emperour.- 2. The empire shall be hereditary in the family of Napoleon Buonaparte, now First Consul.- 3. Such of our institutions as are only traced out, shall be definitively suppressed. The only tribune who had courage to inscribe his name against the motion was Carnot, formerly director, previous to the Revolution of 18 Fructidor year 5.- His speech is full of animation, and of just remark, as far as it is transmitted to us. The decision may be supposed.
