Mrs. Luella Grant,
Nome, Alaska.
Dear Mrs. Grant:
I saw your ad in the last issue of the Alaska Sportsman and having spent a few years in Alaska mines I am interested in "Nome's Own Cook Book" but you will have to prove to me that ALL Alaskan Cooks are Good Cooks.
The enclosed P. O. Money Order in the sum of $2.00 is to cover the purchase and delivery of a single copy of your Cook Book. Please hurry it forward to me as I leave for the Nevada Mines next month.
THANKS.
Yours truly,
C. M. Barkley. M.E.E.
