Yesterday, Mr. Gholson introduced a resolution into the house of delegates for a committee to be appointed to bring in "a bill to organize and establish a superior court of law and equity in each county of this commonwealth, and to abolish the present district courts of law and district courts of chancery." After some opposition, leave was granted to bring in a bill, and a committee appointed, consisting of Messrs. Gholson, Walker, Murdaugh, Preston, Tucker, Malory, Payne (Monon.) and Strother,
