New Programs
The Extension Department of
the Interdenominational Theologi-
cal Center announces splendid
progress in newly developed adult
programs in Thomasville, Atlanta,
and Griffin, Ga., and Birmingham,
Ala. Dr. U. Z. McKinnon, director,
announces that 80 ministers and
laymen are enrolled in the four
schools. In Griffin, the newest in-
terdenominational group has been
conducted for some time by the
Reverend O. L. Stinson in his
church, Mt. Zion Baptist, and has
only recently affiliated with the
Center Extension program. Stu-
dents on all academic levels may
still enroll in this school.
Pre-registration is required for
the '61 school. Scholarships are
available for pastors and half
scholarships for wives accompany-
ing their husbands. The enriched
curriculum, the location in the new
site, the invitation to ministers'
wives, all indicate a large enroll-
ment. Those interested should write
early to the director, U. Z. Mc-
Kinnon, ITC, Atlanta, Ga.
