Full Text

From a correspondent.

A friend to the citizens of Norfolk begs leave to observe, that the mortality among the inhabitants, is entirely owing to doctors being applied to, who are unacquainted with the human system ; would it not be advisable to send (before they are in a dying state) only for the good doctors who lose not a single patient, and in no instance to call in those who arrest the operation of their medicines and kill the people, by bleeding and purging. By an attention to this advice, every life would be saved, and in a few years the population of our town be immense.
