Mrs. Travis Hood Wins $300 Prize

The $300 Golden Harvest Day cash prize was won Saturday in Lexington by Mrs. Travis Hood on ticket No. 327997. Her son, Bill Hood, had been a $10.00 winner earlier this fall in the promotion sponsored by merchants and business firms of Lexington.

Mrs. Lucille Carpenter, with ticket No. 349626 won the second cash prize of $25 and Mrs. Leonard Graves won the third prize of $10. Mrs Graves' ticket was No. 266529.

This Saturday the top prize will again be $75.00 and two smaller cash prizes will also be awarded, $25 and $10.

Everyone is invited to attend the weekly promotion held on Court Square in Lexington at 3:00 p. m. every Saturday. Tickets are obtained by trading with Lexington merchants.
